Ingredients per serving
- 3.0 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.2 oz Water
- 1.2 oz Feta cheese
- 1.0 oz spinach
- 0.3 oz Olive Oil
- 0.2 oz Peeled Garlic
- 0.15 tsp Kosher Salt
- 0.1 tsp yeast
- 0.1 oz Red Onions
- 0.1 oz paprika
- 0.05 oz Black Pepper
Method
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, yeast, and salt.
2. Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
6. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle, about 8 inches in diameter.
7. In a separate bowl, mix together the crumbled feta cheese, chopped spinach, diced red onion, minced garlic, paprika, and black pepper.
8. Spread an even layer of the feta-spinach mixture over each dough circle, leaving a small border around the edges.
9. Transfer the prepared lahmacun to the baking sheets and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are heated through.
10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
