Ingredients per serving

  • 0.6 lb lamb belly
  • 0.2 each Lemon
  • 0.2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 0.1 oz harissa paste
  • 0.1 oz pomegranate seeds
  • 0.1 oz Black Pepper

Return the glazed lamb to the smoker for an additional 15 minutes to allow the glaze to set and caramelize. 7. While the lamb is finishing, char the lemons over an open flame or on a hot grill until blackened in spots. 8. Slice the lamb belly into portions and arrange on a serving platter. 9. Garnish with charred lemon wedges and pomegranate seeds. 10. Serve immediately.
