Ingredients per serving

  • 0.8 oz Feta cheese
  • 0.8 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 0.4 oz Parmesan Cheese
  • 0.3 oz Olive Oil
  • 0.1 lb phyllo dough
  • 0.1 each egg
  • 0.1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 0.05 oz Black Pepper

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper. 3. Lay out the phyllo dough sheets on a clean surface. Keep them covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying. 4. Brush each sheet of phyllo dough lightly with olive oil. 5. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture at one end of each phyllo sheet, forming a small pile. 6. Fold the corner over the filling to form a triangle. Continue folding in triangles until you reach the end of the sheet, sealing the edges with a bit of beaten egg. 7. Arrange the bourekas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down. 8. Lightly brush the tops of the bourekas with the remaining beaten egg. 9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. 10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
