Ingredients per serving

  • 1.6 oz Feta cheese
  • 1.0 each flatbread
  • 0.8 tbsp Heavy cream
  • 0.4 cup Olive Oil
  • 0.2 tsp urfa biber
  • 0.2 oz eggplant
  • 0.1 cup hot honey

Method

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the feta cheese and heavy cream. Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture until light and fluffy. 2. Gradually drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil while continuing to mix on low speed to incorporate it smoothly. 3. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving dish or individual bowls. 4. Drizzle the hot honey over the top of the whipped feta. 5. Sprinkle the urfa biber evenly over the honey. 6. Warm the flatbreads in a 350°F oven for about 5 minutes, until they are heated through and slightly crispy. 7. Meanwhile, char the eggplant slices on a grill or under a broiler until they have grill marks and are tender. Slice them into chips. 8. Serve the whipped feta with warm flatbreads and charred eggplant chips on the side.
